Abstract: The essence of the system of strategic management of innovative development of enterprises is considered in the article, its features are defined. An established the importance of introducing innovative activities for modern businesses is analyzed and established in order to increase their efficiency, increase their competitiveness and increase their economic and financial results. Schematically presents the existing model of strategic management system of innovative development of the enterprise and developed a new one, taking into account the directions of its improvement. The criteria of innovative development of companies are investigated. The stages of strategic management of innovative development are considered and analyzed. The reasons for the low innovative activity of the Ukrainian enterprises are identified and a number of directions for solving them are identified. It is established that in the conditions of intensification of innovative activity of enterprises, the question arises about choosing the most effective management tools innovative activities of the enterprise, which would improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, allowed to quickly determine internal capabilities innovation and discover hidden reserves development of the organization in order to increase efficiency her commercial activities. So was installed the ways to improve the formation and implementation of the strategic management system for innovative development in modern economic conditions in Ukraine by improving the stages of development of a development strategy that can improve the competitive position both in the domestic market and in the world, increase the efficiency of enterprises, increase staff motivation to innovate and reduce their resistance to change, notice growth in innovation activity.
