Права та обов'язки Автора (Авторів)
Автор (Автори) гарантує (гарантують), що:
– він (вони) є дійсним правовласником (дійсними правовласниками) виключних прав на Статтю;
– стаття не була і не буде спрямована для публікації в інші редакції;
– стаття містить всі передбачені чинним законодавством про авторське право посилання на цитованих авторів і / або видання (матеріали);
– автором (авторами) отримані всі необхідні дозволи на використовувані в Статті результати, факти та інші запозичені матеріали, на які Автор (Автори) не є правовласником.
Автор (Автори) зобов'язується (зобов’язуються):
– керуватися чинним законодавством України;
– подати Статтю Виконавцю відповідно до Вимог до оформлення статей наукових фахових видань, опублікованих на сайті збірника наукових праць "Економіка та підприємництво";
– не використовувати в інших друкованих і (або) електронних виданнях українською або іншими мовами копію Статті, опубліковану у збірнику наукових праць "Економіка та підприємництво";
– дотримуватися положення Етики публікацій, розміщених на сайті збірника наукових праць "Економіка та підприємництво".
Автор має право
– використовувати матеріали Статті будь-яким не забороненим законодавством України способом з урахуванням зобов'язань зазначених вище;
– отримувати від збірника наукових праць "Економіка та підприємництво" достовірну інформацію, необхідну для доопрацювання твору в цілому;
– вимагати визнання свого авторства шляхом зазначення належним чином імені (імен) Автора (Авторів) на Статтю і за будь-якого публічного використання твору, якщо це практично можливо;
– протидіяти будь-якому спотворенню змісту Статті, якщо такі дії можуть завдати шкоди честі та репутації Автора (Авторів).
Автори, які публікуються у цьому виданні, погоджуються з такими умовами:
- Автори зберігають за собою авторське право на свою роботу та надають виданню право першої публікації цієї роботи.
- З 2026 року статті публікуються на умовах ліцензії Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), яка дозволяє іншим особам вільно використовувати, поширювати та відтворювати матеріал у будь-якій формі за умови належного посилання на авторів та джерело публікації.
- Автори мають право укладати додаткові угоди щодо неексклюзивного розповсюдження опублікованої версії роботи (наприклад, розміщення в інституційних репозитаріях або включення до складу монографій), за умови обов’язкового зазначення першої публікації у цьому виданні.
- Видання дозволяє та заохочує розміщення авторами рукописів (preprint або postprint) у відкритому доступі (зокрема, в інституційних репозитаріях або на персональних веб-ресурсах) як до подання, так і під час редакційного опрацювання, що сприяє розвитку наукової комунікації та підвищенню цитованості досліджень.
Положення про конфіденційність
Імена та електронні адреси, зазначені користувачами на сайті цього видання, використовуються виключно для цілей редакційного процесу, включаючи подання, рецензування та публікацію матеріалів.
Персональні дані не передаються третім особам і не використовуються з іншою метою, окрім забезпечення функціонування видання.
Редакція забезпечує конфіденційність інформації, отриманої від авторів, рецензентів і користувачів, та використовує її виключно в межах редакційної діяльності.
Rights and obligations of the Author (Authors)
The Author (Authors) guarantees (guarantees) that:
– he (she) is (are) the actual copyright holder (s) of the exclusive rights to the Article;
– the article has not been and will not be sent for publication to other editions;
– the article contains all references to the cited authors and/or publications (materials) provided for by the current copyright legislation;
– the author (authors) has obtained all necessary permissions for the results, facts and other borrowed materials used in the Article, for which the Author (Authors) is not the copyright holder.
The Author (Authors) undertakes (are obliged):
– to be guided by the current legislation of Ukraine;
– to submit the Article to the Contractor in accordance with the Requirements for the design of articles of scientific professional publications published on the website of the collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship";
– not to use in other printed and (or) electronic publications in Ukrainian or other languages a copy of the Article published in the collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship";
– to comply with the provisions of the Ethics of publications posted on the website of the collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship".
The Author has the right
– to use the materials of the Article in any way not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the obligations specified above;
– to receive from the collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship" reliable information necessary for the finalization of the work as a whole;
– to demand recognition of his authorship by properly indicating the name (s) of the Author (s) in the Article and during any public use of the work, if this is practically possible;
– to counteract any distortion of the content of the Article, if such actions may harm the honor and reputation of the Author (s).
Authors publishing in this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.
- Starting from 2026, articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits others to freely use, distribute, and reproduce the material in any form, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and the original source of publication.
- Authors have the right to enter into additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting in institutional repositories or inclusion in monographs), provided that the original publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.
- The journal allows and encourages authors to deposit manuscripts (preprints or postprints) in open access (including institutional repositories or personal websites), both before submission and during the editorial process, thereby promoting scientific communication and increasing citation impact.
Privacy Policy
The names and email addresses provided by users on the journal’s website are used solely for the purposes of the editorial process, including submission, peer review, and publication of materials.
Personal data are not shared with third parties and are not used for any purposes other than ensuring the functioning of the journal.
The editorial board ensures the confidentiality of information received from authors, reviewers, and users and uses it exclusively within the scope of editorial activities.
