Редакція оприлюднює погоджені з авторами для публікації статті визначаючи, що усі матеріали, представлені у публікації, знаходяться у вільному доступі і можуть бути використані іншими дослідниками (читачами) на умовах ліцензії Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)
Згідно умов ліцензії CC BY 4.0:
автор(и) зберігають авторські права на свої роботи;
дозволяється вільне використання, розповсюдження та адаптація матеріалів за умови належного посилання на автора(ів) та джерело.
Статті, опубліковані до 2026 року, ліцензувалися на умовах Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Авторські права
Автори зберігають авторські права на свої роботи та надають збірнику право на їх першу публікацію.
Автори можуть:
розміщувати свої статті в інституційних та інших репозитаріях;
використовувати матеріали у подальших дослідженнях;
поширювати опубліковану версію статті із зазначенням джерела.
Політика самоархівування
Збірник дозволяє авторам розміщувати:
препринти; постпринти; опубліковані версії статей у відкритих репозитаріях та на персональних сторінках за умови посилання на збірник.
Фінансування та плата за публікацію (APC)
З 2026 року збірник дотримується моделі diamond open access: відсутня плата за подання статті (submission fee), відсутня плата за публікацію (APC).
Редакція збірника наукових праць «Економіка та підприємництво» у своїй діяльності керується міжнародними стандартами відкритої науки та відкритого доступу і регламентує процеси взаємодії з авторами, читачами, рецензентами спираючись на такі ініціативи:
- принципи відкритого доступу, сформульовані в Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
- положення Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
- вимоги та рекомендації ініціативи Plan S (Coalition S);
- принципи відкритої науки, визначені в рамках UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021).
Збірник наукових праць «Економіка та підприємництво» враховує і запроваджує кращі практики відкритого доступу, що застосовуються міжнародними наукометричними базами та каталогами наукових видань.
Допоміжні дані (набори даних, первинні записи вибіркових досліджень, результатів опитувань, програмні додатки, фото-, аудіо-, відеоматеріали), використані в процесі підготовки статті автори розміщують самостійно, або, за спеціальним запитом і погодженням – на носіях інституціонального репозиторію КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана. В останньому випадку режим доступу до цих матеріалів визначається правилами і регламентами роботи інституціонального репозиторію КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана.
The collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship" adheres to the open access policy. Users have the right to freely read, download, copy and print the presented materials, search the content and refer to the published articles, distribute their full text and use them for any lawful non-commercial purpose (including educational or scientific) and with a mandatory reference to the authors of the works and the original publication in the collection. This meets the requirements of the open access definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative. The licensing policy is compatible with most open access and archiving policies.

The editorial office publishes articles agreed with the authors for publication, specifying that all materials presented in the publication are freely available and can be used by other researchers (readers) under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)
According to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license:
author(s) retain copyright to their works;
free use, distribution and adaptation of materials is allowed, provided that the author(s) and the source are properly referenced.
Articles published before 2026 were licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Copyright
Authors retain copyright to their works and grant the collection the right to their first publication.
Authors may:
place their articles in institutional and other repositories;
use materials in further research;
distribute the published version of the article with reference to the source.
Self-archiving policy
The collection allows authors to place:
preprints; postprints; published versions of articles in open repositories and on personal pages, provided that the collection is linked.
Funding and publication fee (APC)
Since 2026, the collection has adhered to the diamond open access model: there is no submission fee, there is no publication fee (APC).
The editorial board of the collection of scientific works "Economy and Entrepreneurship" is guided by international standards of open science and open access and regulates the processes of interaction with authors, readers, and reviewers based on the following initiatives:
• principles of open access formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
• provisions of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
• requirements and recommendations of the Plan S (Coalition S);
• principles of open science, defined within the framework of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021)
The collection of scientific works " Economy and Entrepreneurship" takes into account and implements the best practices of open access used by international scientometric databases and catalogs of scientific publications.
The authors place auxiliary data (data sets, primary records of sample studies, survey results, software applications, photo, audio, video materials) used in the preparation of the article independently, or, upon special request and approval, on the media of the institutional repository of the Vadym Hetman KNEU. In the latter case, the access mode to these materials is determined by the rules and regulations of the institutional repository of the Vadym Hetman KNEU.
