Abstract: Global COVID pandemic has a significant impact on all fields of human lives and one of the most important is a behaviour model. The study was dedicated to analyzing of tendencies and trends of business transformation under pressure of new conditions and regulation rules influenced by the Global COVID pandemic situation.

Several groups of aspects were identified on the global level and explained from the corporate point. The phenome “touchless economy” is in the focus of many types of research but the main three are professional, sociological and cultural issues. Smart-technologies and cutting-edge IT solutions open a huge variety of anti-COVID corporate strategies. These tools and decisions help avoid new risks of human presence in business communications and satisfy the high-security needs of consumers, business partners and employees. Based on the matrix of strategic corporate reactions the Ukrainian companies have to build three-level of adapting mechanisms for three-time horizons. On each level, companies have to develop secured and fast decisionmaking processes for doing business under increasing risk of next lockdowns in different regions. Three levels of adapting mechanisms for three-time horizons were applied for Ukrainian companies. There is a systematization of key applied decisions on corporate level those help to avoid personal contacts and to minimize the risk of people’s infection.

The level of business integration is also increasing the overall stages of supply chains now. Actual requests of distance cooperation inside and outside companies stimulate the new approach developing especially in the field of business analytic, communication, logistics, document preparation and mail sending. Nevertheless, there are still unsolved a lot of managerial problems among them we have to mention: prospects of new delivery system development, wireless payments and their security, time management of distance teams etc.
