Анотація: У статті розглянуто актуальні теоретико-методологічні аспекти компетентного управління людським розвитком і його особливості в процесах соціально-економічного функціонування на підприємстві, визначено необхідність розвитку персоналу для кожного, досліджено сутність системи управління людським розвитком. Визначено основні переваги розвитку персоналу підприємства та напрямки його розвитку. Здійснено дослідження та систематизацію знань щодо професійного навчання персоналу, як результат людського розвитку на підприємстві. Виявлено позитивний вплив ефективного управління організаційною культурою на розвиток персоналу. Запропоновано методи стимулювання та мотивування персоналу організації для підвищення рівня вмінь, знань, професійних навичок і людського розвитку в цілому.
Abstract: The article considers current theoretical and methodological aspects of competent human development management and its features in the processes of socio-economic functioning at the enterprise, identifies the need for staff development for everyone, explores the essence of human development management system. The main advantages of enterprise personnel development and directions of its development are determined. Research and systematization of knowledge on professional training of staff as a result of human development in the enterprise. The positive influence of effective management of organizational culture on staff development is revealed. Methods of stimulating and motivating the personnel of the organization to increase the level of skills, knowledge, professional skills and human development in general are proposed.
Competence approach to human development management is important, because it allows you to summarize the range of factors and issues of staff adaptation to external conditions, taking into account the personal factor in building a management system for the entire enterprise.
Еspecially during the COVID-19 pandemic, changes have taken place and are taking place in all spheres of activity and life. Which could not miss the development of staff in enterprises. Today it is important not only to be able to use one’s own knowledge, but also to be ready to change and adapt to the new needs of the labor market, to manage information, to act actively, to make quick decisions, to learn throughout life.
Creating conditions for the development of human capital in almost all enterprises depends on management. Therefore, one of the ways to update the content of development and educational technologies, harmonize them with modern needs, integration into the world is the orientation of personnel management on a competency-based approach to development and the creation of effective mechanisms for its implementation.
