Research of competitive advantages of the enterprise in modern conditions of management

Анотація: У статті досліджено теоретичні підходи у трактуванні поняття «конкурентоспроможність» та її складових. Проведено аналіз основних стратегій за класифікаційними ознаками та особливостей вибору конкурентних стратегій підприємства. Розглянуто фактори, що впливають на підвищення конкурентоздатності. Охарактеризовано діяльність кондитерської фабрики ПрАТ «ТерА» та елементи внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовищ. Досліджено та оцінено конкурентні переваги ПрАТ «ТерА». Наголошено, що задля стійкого розвитку конкурентоспроможності підприємства повинні вдосконалюватись усі складові, а не лише його окремі детермінанти.
Abstract: The article examines the interpretation and reveals the theoretical foundations of the concept of «competitiveness» and its components. The main strategies by classification features and features of the choice of competitive strategies of the enterprise were analyzed. The factors influencing the increase of competitiveness have considered. The activity of the confectionery factory of PJSC “TerA” and elements of internal and external environments have characterized. The competitive advantages of PJSC “TerA” have studied and evaluated.
The successful operation of the enterprise directly depends on its competitiveness. This is largely due to the intensification of the struggle between businesses for a particular market segment. It has emphasized that the competitiveness of the product is the criterion by which you can most accurately determine the efficiency of the enterprise. It is the competitiveness of the product that determines the ability of the economic entity to compete in a certain product market.
The authors of the article emphasize that in order to establish a stable competitive position, a significant advantage of only one component is not enough; this requires a qualitative interaction of several factors.
This, in turn, eliminates the shortcomings of other components of competitiveness.
Every year, the number of debatable issues on the fundamental importance of competitiveness, in an environment that will ensure the successful operation of the enterprise, which gives impetus to the intensive study of this issue not only at the theoretical but also at the methodological level.
