Анотація: У статті проводиться дослідження процесу розвитку менеджерів міжнародних компаній. Розроблена автором блок-схема синергетичного процесу розвитку міжнародних менеджерів. Запропоновано автором об’єктивно-циклічний процес управління професійним розвитком менеджерів міжнародних компаній, який представлений у виді алгоритму. Визначені ключові етапи зазначеного алгоритму. Сформовані ключові компоненти та розгорнуто показано сутність реалізації стратегії професійного розвитку менеджерів міжнародних компаній, а також здійснена оцінка можливості їх практичного застосування як модель діяльності через забезпечення розвиваючих подій.
Abstract: The article examines the development process of managers of international companies. In the modern international business the question “Is the development of professionalism of an international manager a science or an art?” is extremely relevant and requires a new look at the problem by combining the general and individual interests of international managers in terms of philosophical principles of theory and practice of the process of development of their professionalism.
The author developed a block diagram of the synergetic process of development of international managers. The process of development of professionalism of international managers is possible only at interaction of two opposites: concrete action of the manager defined by the purpose and destructive force of business process which is chaotically supposed.
The author proposes an objective-cyclical process of managing the professional development of managers of international companies, which is presented in the form of an algorithm. The key stages of this algorithm are determined: situational diagnostic analysis; formation of alternatives for the development of international managers; determination of criteria for the development of international managers; evaluation and selection of strategies for professional development of international managers; implementation of professional development strategy for international managers; adjustment of development priorities for international managers.
The key components of the strategy of professional development of managers of international companies are formed: develop your knowledge; start early; just do it – take a risk; be open to learning; focus on business results; do not limit yourself in business; support your networks; take care of your family. The possibility of practical application of realization of strategy of professional development of the international managers is assessed by as a model of activity through maintenance of developing events.
