Abstract: Main approaches to treatment of definition “artificial intelligence”, which are interesting from the point of view of business and entrepreneurship, are considered in the article. The reasons of absence of the only one approach to understanding of artificial intelligence are described. Also approaches of artificial intelligence classification are presented. Influence of artificial intelligence on activity of entrepreneurial structures in two main directions is generalized. First direction is cost’s optimization due processes automation. Second direction is revenue increasing because of individualization of proposals for customers. Role of different artificial intelligence technologies in business before and after pandemic of COVID-19, relation between implementation of artificial intelligence into companies’ activity and revenue level are mentioned. In the article main affects of artificial intelligence on activity of the company and its opportunities in different areas, in particular, sales, accounting, HR, logistic are defined. General idea of implementation of AI technologies in these spheres is decreasing of human factor’s influence and avoiding of human’s performing of routine actions. Opportunities of artificial intelligence in spheres of economic activities of entrepreneurial structures are significantly different. Not taking into account medical sphere main opportunities and affects of artificial intelligence in different industries are described in the article. In automobiles industry use of artificial intelligence is aimed at driver’s support, in financial sphere — at development of the best proposals for investment and insurance, in telecommunication — at forming unique proposal for each customer, etc. Main risks and limitations of artificial intelligence implementation related with balance between AI technologies and human’s role in company’s activity are presented in the work.
