Influence of economic risk on management of economic security of agricultural enterprises in the region

Анотація: У статті проведено дослідження теоретичних підходів до визначення економічної сутності та напрямів формування економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств з урахуванням економічних ризиків, які виникають у процесі діяльності аграрних підприємств. Оцінено основні умови об’єкта дослідження. Доведено, що у даний час існують різні підходи до трактування економічної безпеки та економічних ризиків. Визначено, що реалії ринкової економіки вимагають принципово нових підходів до формування і підвищення ефективності функціонування аграрних підприємств, а отже, і забезпечення їх економічної безпеки і напрями уникнення економічних ризиків.
Обґрунтовано, що достатнього рівня економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств можна досягнути за рахунок створення ефективного механізму реалізації господарської діяльності шляхом уникнення або мінімізації економічних ризиків, а саме — стимулювання аграрних виробників, підвищення рівня форму вання і використання ресурсного потенціалу аграрних виробників та ін.
Abstract: In the work, a study of theoretical approaches to determining the economic essence and directions of the formation of economic security of agrarian enterprises is carried out, taking into account the economic risks that arise in the course of the activity of agrarian enterprises. The main conditions of the research object were evaluated and it was shown that currently there are different approaches to the interpretation of economic security and economic risks. The defined realities of the market economy require fundamentally new approaches to the formation and improvement of the efficiency of the functioning of agrarian enterprises, as well as ensuring their economic security and ways to avoid economic risks.
In real economic situations, under the conditions of various risk factors, different ways of reducing the level of risk can be used, affecting certain aspects of the enterprise’s activity. The variety of risk management methods used in the economic practice of industrial enterprises can be divided into four types: risk avoidance methods; risk localization methods; risk allocation methods.
In the light of the latest scientific measurements, it was found that the economic risks of agricultural enterprises arise as a result of inefficient economic activity, as well as an insufficient amount of financial resources for conducting economic activity. In this regard, there are quite a lot of different opinions about avoiding economic risks and ensuring the economic security of enterprises. It was revealed that the economic security of enterprises is characterized by certain features in the regional section of their formation and application in relation to agricultural production.
A sufficient level of economic security of agricultural enterprises can be achieved by creating an effective mechanism for the implementation of economic activities by avoiding or minimizing economic risks, namely by stimulating agricultural producers; increasing the level of formation and use of the resource potential of agricultural producers, etc.
