Анотація: У статті розглянуто сучасну диспозицію цифрових технологій у бізнесі. Запропоновано підходи до систематизації основних етапів еволюції цифрових технологій у сучасній екосистемі знань: соціальні мережі, персональні комп’ютери, «розумні» сервіси, тримірний друк, нанотехнології, блокчейн, криптовалюти, кібербезпека, хмарні обчислення, роботизація та автоматизація, Інтернет речей і та ін. Зазначено провідну роль штучного інтелекту в сучасній екосистемі знань, виявлена необхідність використання інноваційних підходів до цифрової трансформації українського бізнесу у повоєнному відновленні національної економіки. Обґрунтовано ключові галузі промисловості України для використання цифрових технологій у сучасній екосистемі знань. Показано, що застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій не усуває проблеми інформаційної асиметрії у фінансових послугах, що вимагає ліцензування фінансових установ і регуляторного нагляду.
Abstract: In the considered modern disposition digital technology in business. Systematized basis approaches to classification digital technology in modern knowledge ecosystem: social network, personanotechnology, block chain, criptocarency, kibersecurity, “cloud” calculation, robotization and avtomatization, internet things et sativa. Well founded magor role artificial intelligence in modern knowledge ecosystem. Argue innovational approach to digital transformation national economy. Grounded main brunches of industry Ukraine to using digital technology in modern knowledge ecosystem.
It is noted that blockchain, machine learning, big data, artificial intelligence and other innovations in FinTech are revolutionizing the financial industry and creating new conditions for startups as well as existing firms that are struggling for market share. It has been shown that in order to succeed in this environment, startups need to create, fund, and develop innovative activities that can outperform large companies, while existing firms need to rethink their offerings and digital capabilities to protect against disruption. This is how links between FinTech startups and mature financial institutions are strengthened as new FinTech players enter a complex financial services ecosystem.
It is analyzed that new innovative ecosystems should integrate a digital platform and Internet of Things strategy to maximize efficiency not only through interconnection and planning, but also through the implementation of powerful analytical tools that will help financial firms in the ecosystem move beyond traditional banking services and improve customer service.
The digital ecosystem with its characteristics is considered as a selforganized digital infrastructure aimed at creating a digital environment for network organizations that support collaboration, knowledge sharing, development of open and adaptive technologies, as well as evolutionary business models. In this context, the concept of Digital Finance Cube in three-dimensional visualization is presented, which allows to determine the research potential for each business function and the combination between business functions, technologies and technological concepts.
