Анотація: У статті досліджено роль бізнес-консалтингу як рушійної сили у процесі європейської інтеграції українських підприємств. Доведено, що консалтинг виступає ефективним інструментом для швидкої адаптації вітчизняного бізнесу до високих вимог єдиного ринку ЄС. Це стосується стратегічного планування, успішного впровадження міжнародних стандартів управління та інтеграції ESG-принципів. Встановлено, що залучення консалтингових послуг суттєво сприяє підвищенню ефективності та результативності діяльності підприємств. Наведено конкретні приклади залучення консалтингових компаній для розробки експортних стратегій, забезпечення сертифікації продукції за стандартами ЄС та проведення трансформації управлінських моделей. Зроблено висновок, що бізнес-консалтинг є критично важливим чинником успішної євроінтеграції.
Abstract: This article thoroughly examines the crucial role of business consulting in facilitating the European integration process for Ukrainian enterprises, a topic of growing national significance. It firmly establishes that consulting services are an effective and essential tool for companies seeking to adapt their operations to the rigorous demands of the European Union's single market. This necessity is particularly evident in critical areas such as strategic planning, the adoption of international management standards (ISO, etc.), and ensuring full compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. These steps are fundamental for achieving international competitiveness. The research clearly demonstrates that engaging specialized consulting services leads directly to a marked improvement in both the efficiency and overall effectiveness of Ukrainian businesses. By providing expert, tailored guidance, consultants help enterprises navigate complex regulatory frameworks, restructure internal processes, and adopt global best practices, which are paramount for successful entry into the highly competitive EU market. This expertise mitigates risks and accelerates market entry. Furthermore, the study presents concrete, illustrative examples of how consulting firms are actively involved in pivotal aspects of integration. These contributions include the development of comprehensive export strategies, streamlining processes for product certification to meet stringent EU standards (such as CE marking), and implementing a fundamental transformation of managerial models to align with robust European corporate governance. In conclusion, the findings unequivocally confirm that business consulting is an undeniable and vital factor for the successful European integration of Ukrainian enterprises. It acts as a powerful catalyst, bridging the gap between current operational practices and the high-level standards required to thrive within the EU's extensive economic structure, thereby ensuring long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth.
