Abstract: The article is devoted to consideration of the modern pharmaceutical market and the role of bioinnovations in the formation of its favorable ecosystem. The concept of the bioinnovation ecosystem and the peculiarities of its formation in the pharmaceutical business have been studied. A new approach to understanding the value of bioinnovations, a vision of the possibilities of using biology as the basis of commercial technologies is proposed. Forms of creating differentiated value thanks to bioinnovations are considered. Trends in the development of the world pharmaceutical market and Ukraine were studied. Key Ukrainian bioinnovations with artificial intelligence, which are in significant demand on the market, are considered. It was determined that a favorable ecosystem of bioinnovations creates conditions for effective research work and contributes to the innovative development of the pharmaceutical market. It has been established that although biological preparations provide significant advantages for ecology and global food supply, their use requires special regulatory approaches, additional research and careful analysis. The importance of bioinnovations for the market was determined and it was established that bioinnovations stimulate the creation of high-tech startups, investment attraction, which increases its dynamics and stability. It was found that thanks to the favorable ecosystem of bioinnovations, the pharmaceutical sector becomes more dynamic, competitive and able to quickly respond to the needs of the market and customers. In addition, it contributes to improving the quality and safety of drugs, optimizing resources and developing exports, which makes the economic growth of the pharmaceutical market sustainable and strategically important for the country.
