Збірник наукових праць «Економіка та підприємництво» застосовує рецензування як ключовий інструмент забезпечення якості, достовірності та наукової цінності опублікованих матеріалів.
Редакція дотримується прозорості, об’єктивності, неупередженості та конфіденційності, а також керується рекомендаціями Committee on Publication Ethics.
Рецензування базується на таких принципах:
- науковість — оцінювання здійснюється виключно за науковими критеріями;
- об’єктивність — відсутність упередженості та дискримінації;
- конфіденційність — рукописи не підлягають розголошенню;
- незалежність — рецензенти не повинні мати конфлікту інтересів;
- доброчесність — дотримання етичних стандартів наукових публікацій.
Процес рецензування включає:
- попередню редакційну оцінку рукопису;
- перевірку на плагіат;
- направлення рукопису щонайменше двом незалежним рецензентам;
- отримання та аналіз рецензій;
- прийняття рішення редакцією.
Редакція реагує на будь-які порушення етики рецензування відповідно до рекомендацій COPE, включаючи можливість відкликання статей або припинення співпраці з рецензентами.
Якщо статтю прийнято до друку, за згодою автора редакція збірника «Економіка та підприємництво» має право на її публікування та розповсюдження в друкованому та електронному виданнях.
Редакція залишає за собою право незначного редагування статей від імені автора з метою дотримання формату та стилю збірника.
В одному номері може бути опублікована тільки одна стаття автора.
Автори несуть особисту відповідальність за факти, твердження та результати, викладені в статтях, а також правильність та точність прізвищ, назв, посилань і цитувань.
Редакція категорично засуджує прояви плагіату в статтях як порушення авторських прав та наукової етики.
The collection of scientific papers “Economy and Entrepreneurship” uses peer review as a key instrument for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scientific value of published materials.
The editorial board adheres to the principles of transparency, objectivity, impartiality, and confidentiality, and is guided by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics.
Peer review is based on the following principles:
- scientific rigor — evaluation is carried out exclusively on the basis of scholarly criteria;
- objectivity — absence of bias and discrimination;
- confidentiality — manuscripts are treated as confidential and are not disclosed;
- independence — reviewers must not have any conflicts of interest;
- integrity — adherence to ethical standards of scholarly publishing.
The peer review process includes:
- initial editorial assessment of the manuscript;
- plagiarism screening;
- assignment of the manuscript to at least two independent reviewers;
- receipt and analysis of reviewers’ reports;
- editorial decision-making.
The editorial board responds to any violations of peer review ethics in accordance with COPE recommendations, including the possibility of article retraction or termination of cooperation with reviewers.
If a manuscript is accepted for publication, the editorial board of “Economy and Entrepreneurship”, with the author’s consent, reserves the right to publish and distribute it in both print and electronic formats.
The editorial board reserves the right to make minor editorial changes to manuscripts on behalf of the author in order to ensure compliance with the journal’s format and style.
Only one article per author may be published in a single issue.
Authors bear full responsibility for the facts, statements, and results presented in their articles, as well as for the accuracy of names, titles, references, and citations.
The editorial board strongly condemns plagiarism in any form as a violation of copyright and academic ethics.
